These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Veronica Lane Consulting LLC website ("Site") and services. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Our Services

By using our Site and services, you agree to:

  • Use the Site lawfully and not for fraudulent purposes.

  • Not distribute, copy, or modify our content without permission.

  • Provide accurate information when registering or making purchases.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment Terms:

  • All fees for training and consulting services must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.

  • Payments are securely processed through our third-party payment provider.

  • Prices for our services are subject to change at our discretion, and any changes will be reflected on our Site.

Refund Policy:

  • Live Virtual and In-Person Training: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled training date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 7-13 days before the training will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 6 days of the training date.

  • On-Demand Training & Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

  • Corporate and Group Training: Refunds and rescheduling options are outlined in customized agreements with corporate clients.

  • Rescheduling: Participants may reschedule their training for a future date at no additional cost if requested at least 7 days before the training date.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [Insert Contact Email].

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Veronica Lane Consulting LLC and may not be used without prior written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Site or services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Florida, County of Hillsborough, City of Tampa.
